Smart and capable but struggling to gain traction
Having trouble following through consistently
Relying on reminders for everyday tasks
Overwhelmed by increasing responsibilities
Unsure how to create structure independently
Struggling to balance freedom with responsibilities
KLC Innovations helps bridge the gap between where your young adult is now and where they want to be. Through individualized support, we build the practical life skills, executive functioning strategies, and daily systems that help young adults gain momentum — and help parents finally exhale.
My background includes post-graduate education and over 15 years of experience in ADHD and Autism, psychology, special education, executive functioning support, and transition programming. I've worked with neurodivergent individuals across school, home, and real-life settings, and over time my work shifted away from compliance-based models and toward collaborative, brain-based support focused on reducing overwhelm and building sustainable independence.

I primarily work with young adults ages 17–25 who are navigating increasing independence, college, work, major life transitions, or simply feeling stuck and needing support gaining momentum. I specialize in supporting ADHD and autistic young adults, but a diagnosis is not required.
No. While we may talk about school, work, or responsibilities, this is not academic tutoring.
I focus on executive functioning, life skills, communication, routines, organization, self-advocacy, and building systems that help young adults navigate adulthood more independently.
Common areas of support include:
- time management and follow-through
- routines and organization
- daily living skills
- balancing responsibilities and freedom
- college and workplace transitions
- self-advocacy and accessing resources
- making friends and building community
- preventing burnout and increasing confidence
No, I support young adults on many different paths, including:
- four-year universities
- community colleges
- trade schools
- gap years
- entering the workforce
- moving out
- increasing independence at home
There isn't one right path into adulthood.
Parent communication is a major part of my work. After each session, parents receive:
- a recap of what we discussed
- goals and plans for the week
- how to support progress
- where to step back
- communication strategies and check-in ideas
- immediate notification of mental health or safety concerns
My goal is to help parents feel informed and reassured while giving young adults the space to grow.
No. KLC Launch is a private-pay service.
No, I provide educational and executive functioning support and am not a licensed mental health professional.
Some clients benefit from working with both me and a therapist at the same time, and I may recommend additional supports when appropriate.
Yes. All services are provided virtually, allowing support to happen wherever your young adult is living—at home, on campus, in another state, or somewhere in between.
Adulthood requires a lot of skills that are rarely taught directly. Many young adults don't need someone to do things for them—they need support understanding how their brain works, learning practical systems, and building confidence in their ability to manage life independently.
That's exactly what we work on.
